Jelly Milk cream * fairy *

Ingredients
1 liter of fresh milk
400 g yogurt
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
8-9 full tbsp flour
3-4 tbsp gelatin
2-3 vanilla
chocolate sprinkles for decoration

Method
Milk boil in a saucepan with a double bed and with flour, sugar and vanilla cream is made. During this time, soak the gelatine in cold water for ten minutes. To finished and slightly cooled cream is added yogurt and gelatin and stir until completely dissolved. The mixture was poured into a large or form or small bowls and put in the refrigerator for several hours. Then turns and sprinkle with sticks or other decorations of your choice.

It is very cool and easy, straight fantastic if not mess with gelatin that would otherwise have to drink it, hee hee hee.

Well Jaures, dissolve in the water, let sit a moment, then put the container with gelatin in another container with a little water, put to boil water until melted gelatine and then the drops. Once melted, I leave it for 3-4 minutes to cool and then add it.

If the mixture, which will be poured, hot or warm - no need to melt it in a water bath - it dissolves in the hot mixture. Me I never hardens - perhaps liquid in which it soaked a little?
