Kavarma dry peppers and eggs

Ingredients
5-6 dry peppers
2-3 eggs
2 tbsp flour
sunflower oil
Method
In a container with boiling salted water put dry pepper and leave to cook for 5 minutes, remove and cut into small pieces. In another court fry two tablespoons of flour and dilute with water from the cooked peppers. Beat eggs and add with stirring vigorously in boiling liquid (made of thread) and returned chopped peppers. Optional add crushed garlic.
