Lamb chitterlings in the oven - II type

Ingredients
1,5 kg lamb chitterlings
1 and 1/2 cup (300 ml) broth
125 g butter
1 tsp (10 g) tomato paste
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
2-3 bunches of spring onions
2-3 sprigs of mint
1/2 bunch parsley
salt
Method
Chitterlings Wash well in cold water, is twisted in braids and arrange in a baking dish. In the boiling broth put the butter and tomato paste, then gradually and stirring flour. Chitterlings are flooded with the resulting sauce, sprinkle with paprika, chopped onion, mint and parsley and bake in the oven until ready. When serving pour sauce.
