Lamb hearts with bacon

Ingredients
1 tbsp (10 ml) olive oil
100 g bacon
1 onion
1 clove garlic
3 tbsp cornmeal (breadcrumbs)
7-8 sprigs of parsley
1 tbsp (10 ml) lemon juice
2 lamb hearts
20 g butter
3/4 cup (150 ml) beef bouillon
salt
pepper
Method
Heat olive oil in it and fry chopped bacon, 1 tbsp finely chopped onion and crushed garlic until golden. Remove from heat and mix with 4-5 sprigs of parsley, lemon juice and seasoned with salt and pepper. With the prepared stuffing fill the hearts which are put in greased pan and bake in a preheated 180 C oven for about 45-50 minutes.
