Ingredients

6 eggs (3 egg whites separated)
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
1 and 1/2 cup flour
# For the syrup:
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
125 g butter
2-3 tbsp cocoa
# For glaze:
the 3 egg whites of the base
1 cup sugar

Method
Eggs are broken down with the sugar, add the flour, stirring with a spoon. Bake in a moderate oven, then pricked the back of the pencil. After cooling the base, watered with hot syrup. When cool again covered with glaze - whites and sugar are broken down as the kissing of snow. May be constipated for a few minutes in a preheated oven at upper wire - to seal the glaze.

I've made this cake, but under the name Insatiable nun - without glaze, with 6 eggs and baking powder. It was very popular before 20 - years, I have copied the recipe in my cooking notebook / only tested recipes / cooking of someone's notebook. It says that instead of cocoa put molten baykalcheta - 5. and is successful. Syrup with 1/2 cup water 1, the same amount of sugar, butter - a pack and a half, rum or brandy flavoring. I've got five spoons filled with peak cocoa - at least I am enrolled in *my* cooking book. The syrup is poured several times, waiting to absorb - and so is *insatiable.* Required syrup must be hot. Consumed chilled well imbibed syrup. Top half I've sprinkled with coconut - well it :) / so I wrote / :).

This is one of my favorite sweets. Protein baked for 5 minutes, and to become a snow break them separately and then add sugar. No need for baking powder, marshes rises enough ... just a little more stir the mixture with the mixer and add flour gradually and finally :)

It's great, but I think there are many 4f sugar throughout recipe pove4e a pound of sugar.
