Layered cake Black Forest

Ingredients
# For the base (to form 22-24 cm):
125 g sugar
125 g flour
5 eggs
30 g cocoa
# For the syrup:
150 g sugar
150 g water
120 g of cognac or rum
# For the filling:
600 g pastry cream (must be cold)
60 g of powdered sugar
200 g of stewed cherries (pitted)
100 g of blueberry jam
100 ml brandy (rum )
150 g couverture chocolate
# To decorate:
50 g hard grated chocolate
few cherries
50 g cream molded roses

Method
Preparation of the base: Beat eggs with sugar. Confuse cocoa with the flour and add slowly to the eggs, stirring with a wooden spoon. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake 22-24 cm in preheated oven at 170 C for 20 minutes.When cool Sprinkle with brandy (rum). We prepare the syrup. Beat with a mixer cream with powdered sugar to thicken. cut the sponge cake in 3 equal parts. Put one in the base tray and gently spattered finished syrup. Yes, Aliana, you're right, but pastry is known as BLACK FOREST, which also means *black forest* in English :)
