Layered cake a la Stephanie

1 kg minced meat
1 egg
1 tbsp savory
1 tsp pepper
1 level tbsp salt (if needed)
1 onion
4 tbsp yogurt
1/4 tsp soda
# For the filling:
100 g mushrooms
3 pickles
2 carrots
2 eggs
50 g smoked or processed cheese
50 g dry speck
# For the pancakes:
9 ready pancakes
9 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp dried oregano

Minced meat is kneaded with egg, savory, black pepper, salt, grated onion, yoghurt with soda and let sit for 30 minutes. Fried mushrooms, carrots and eggs are cooked. All products filling the cut strips or cubes (optional). The pancakes are lining 3 between them put tomato paste and sprinkle with marjoram (can be replaced with other spices optional). Wound on a roll and cut into slices. Round Cup (which can be baked) is covered with aluminum foil. On the walls of the form lining pancake slices and over them with gentle pressure put order minced meat line of products for stuffing ends with mince. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 C for about 45-50 minutes and then turned in the pan and bake for 10 minutes. Optional can be sprinkled with grated cheese and so be constipated.
