Ingredients
4 ready rolls with fruit filling
500 g cream
10 g gelatin
1 package cream of your choice + products preparation
fruit and juice of 1-2 compote - peaches and apricots

Method
Before whipped cream leave it for 2 hours in the refrigerator - in order to easily and quickly stirring. Prepare the cream on the directions on the package. Prepare cake form as moistened and put on as nylon, which should also be wet. Whipped cream, to which you add the fruit, cut into small cubes. Soak the gelatin in cold water and swell it after dissolving in a water bath and add it to the cream. Add the cream, so the filling is ready. Cut the roll pieces 1 cm thick, syrupy them with the juice of the compote, then arrange them in the form. Once you have ordered the rolls tightly in shape, pour the mixture. The prepared cake let cool to harden. When serving as turning on a tray.

Great cakes and many delicious and very easy Vercelli bravo!

For surely put 20 g. Gelatine to get tight filling.

This cake is a favorite at home, do it from many years. In my recipe, but instead of liquid cream is sour. I decided to do a half dose, and therefore no way to glaze in a bowl (I used the rectangular cake form). The cake is light and very tasty :)
