Layered cake Tenderness

Ingredients
# For the base:
1 and 1/2 cup flour
10 g baking powder
2 vanilla
4 tbsp cocoa
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
3 bananas
1/2 cup sunflower oil
# For the cream:
500 g feta cheese mascarpone
400 g sour cream
2 vanilla
200 g white chocolate
100 g sugar

Method
Eggs and sugar beat with a mixer. Then add the oil, pureed bananas and finally add the dry ingredients. Stir until a homogeneous mixture and bake 15-20 minutes at 180C degrees. Then, the syrup prepared from 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar. In the hot syrup is cold syrup bases. mascarpone, cream and chocolate melted in a water bath mix. Add sugar and vanilla and beat with mixer until complete dissolution. Assembly is usual: base, syrup, cream (can be put and bananas between the bases). Decorate optional.
