Lemon mousse

Ingredients
4 lemons
6 eggs
200 g sugar
3 tbsp water

Method
Sugar is mixed with lemon juice, grated rind of 2 lemons and 3 tbsp water. Add egg yolks and the resulting mixture was placed in a water bath to thicken. Egg whites are broken down into thick snow and mix with cold mix. Lemon mousse served well chilled.
