Ingredients
12 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp vinegar
4 tbsp water
Method
Everything is put to boil. Boil until the mixture begins to sharpen and become porosity. Removed from heat until bubbles are removed and pour into a greased cookie cutter with butter (I use forms for baskets). As a start to hardens nabuchva stick of straw. Optional can put paint confectionery and essence. As cool completely taken out of the trays.

The most important thing in lollipop is when the mixture is ready. If removed from the heat before the mixture stick to the teeth. Therefore cap of compote dribble drop of the mixture and then blow to freeze quickly. Try it that sticks in your teeth or nibble. If nibble douse the mixture from the heat and add flavor and paint, then spread out on the forms.
