Little Snails with sauce

Ingredients
# For the dough:
200 ml milk, 4-5 tbsp yogurt
30 g yeast
1 egg
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp sunflower oil
500-600 g flour
# For the filling:
300 g cheese
150 g butter
# TOPPING:
1 egg
100 g feta cheese
5 tbsp yoghurt

Method
Of the products is kneaded dough, which rises about 1 hour. The butter for the filling melts. Grate the cheese. Products covering medium is broken down to homogeneity. Portions of the risen dough is short small ball. Spread on a greased baking dish. Spread generously with butter. Put it on the cheese. Turn to roll. Then rolled ohlyuvche. Lining is in the form of cake. Rise for about 40 minutes. Pour with topping. Shake good shape to be able to spread topping. Bake ohlyuvchetata of 200C for 30-35 minutes.

And these snails did. As'm not very much with the dough, get great wonders. Easy to implement, just plenty of time for the dough has risen.
