Liver rustic

Ingredients
700 g liver
3 onions
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
1/4 cup (50 ml) sunflower oil
salt
pepper
savory
Method
Chop in large pieces and stew in the oil, add the flour and fry. Add the chopped liver and fry until turns white. Season with salt, pepper, savory, add water and boil on low heat.
