Livers in spicy sweet and sour sauce

Ingredients
500 g chicken livers
1 cup flour batter
1 tbsp savory
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
skull pepper
# For the sauce:
500 g tomatoes
1 onion
2-3 sprigs of fresh garlic (white part only)
4 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
2 peppers
1/2 tsp ground cumin
pepper
cayenne pepper

Method
Chop of crescents and the white of the garlic into small pieces, then fry for about 30 seconds in pre-heated sunflower oil. Sprinkle with sugar, stir and pan briefly retired from the fire. Add the chopped tomatoes into small cubes and seasoned with salt. After 2-3 minutes, add chopped peppers. Sprinkle with cumin, black pepper and cayenne and stir. Flour mixed with savory, salt and pepper livers Wash, drain very well, rolled in breading and placed in the sauce. Dish stir and let simmer for about 15 minutes. Before retiring from the fire pour the vinegar.

Very tasty it, I like rules but without garlic. And with it ... mmmmmm!

Food is like home / I do not eat liver and can not give an assessment of me /. I just want to clarify that after the addition of livers, sauce thickens considerably from flour and can not be left to simmer, because it will burn. I added more than one cup of water and stir it often. Next time, maybe I'll put plenty of tomatoes.
