Mackerel on BBQ with walnut sauce

Ingredients
1.3 kg fillet of mackerel
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
1/2 cup (100 ml) fish broth
150 g walnuts
10 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp (20 ml) vinegar
100 g chilies
500 g potatoes
1 lemon
parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Sweep fillet, sliced portions salted, sprinkle with pepper, dipped in vegetable oil and bake at BBQ. Separately prepared sauce chopped in small pieces walnuts, which are steamed with fish broth and add to chopped garlic and parsley, season with salt and pepper to taste. In serving the roasted fish garnished with boiled potatoes and roasted chili pepper.
