Mackerel with tomatoes in the oven
3 fish mackerel
2-3 cloves garlic
4-5 tbsp olive oil
Washed and cleaned mackerel are salted and sprinkled with lemon juice. In an oiled pan or clay casseroles rank sliced tomatoes. In small bowl mix chopped onions, dill, garlic, the oil and a little salt. Place the tomatoes on the fish, sprinkle with black pepper or seasoning for fish and top distributes the mixture of onion and garlic. Bake in preheated oven at 180-200 C for about 30 minutes.
