Marinated cheese jellied

Ingredients
500 g feta cheese
200 ml cooking cream
10 g gelatin
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp coriander seeds
pinch of dried rosemary leaves

Method
Gelatin pour 3 with. l. of cold water, stir and put in a water bath on the stove to melt (in the microwave for 1 minute). Then pour in the feta cheese, which is crushed before, add the cream and everything nice pass a smooth mixture. The mixture is placed in a syringe and injected into ice trays. Kept in the refrigerator at least 5 hours to gel. During this time, put a dry frying pan to fire and heat. Pour all the spices and lightly roasted. Still hot, pour in a mortar and crush. Wadi is the feta cheese mold and ranks in the jar, sprinkle with spices and pour the olive oil or sunflower oil (to cover). The jar was kept refrigerated and if necessary with the feta cheese garnished various salads.
