Marinated gazpacho

Ingredients
500 g tomatoes, ripe
1 cucumber
1 red pepper
3 cloves garlic
200 ml tomato juice
2 slices white bread
125 ml olive oil
Tabasco
sherry vinegar
salt, pepper

Method
Tomatoes are steamed, peeled, cleaned of seeds and cut into cubes. Cucumber and pepper to clean and remove the seeds. Finely chopped. Vegetables mixed with chopped garlic, tomato juice, bread and olive oil, add salt and let stand several hours or overnight. The mixture is pureed (or stir with a mixer) and passed through a strainer. Season to taste with Tabasco, sherry vinegar, salt, pepper. Before presenting cool very well. * In the soup can in serving to put the chopped vegetables the same as for its preparation. * Large grilled shrimp (Gambassi) are also a good addition .
