Marinated turkey skewers
turkey meat from the leg or chest
1/3 cup olive oil
2-3 tbsp soy sauce

In a bowl, mix olive oil, a little black, red pepper and salt and soy sauce. Cut turkey meat into cubes and leave for several hours in the marinade. Then drain the meat and put on skewers. Bake on the grill, paying often. The kebabs are served hot, flights little balsamic vinegar and olive oil and sprinkled with dill.
