Mashed potatoes with mushrooms

Ingredients
500 g potatoes
500 g mushrooms
2 tbsp melted butter
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
12 olives
pickles
pepper, salt
Method
Cook potatoes, peel and Strain puree. Mushrooms are cleaned, washed and boiled separately in a little salted water, and then was drained and cut into pieces. The butter is put in a pot on the fire and to it add the chopped mushrooms and mashed potatoes. The mixture fry gently, stirring constantly, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Dilute with milk and 5 minutes prior to depart from the fire, add 2 beaten eggs. The resulting paste is poured into a serving plate and garnish with 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced. Around rank circles of pickles and olives.
