Meat stew with mushrooms and fresh milk
700-800 kg topside beef or pork
200 g of fresh mushrooms (can canned)
1 cup milk
1 cup Water
1 tbsp flour
pepper and salt
In a pan fry the onions, mushrooms and carrots until tender. Remove them and in the same oil fry the meat, cut into steaks, about 10 minutes. In a saucepan put the meat on it is placed slightly fried carrots, onions and mushrooms. In a separate vessel heated slightly milk and water with salt, bay leaf, black pepper and spoon flour mixed into a little water. When heated gently pour into the pan with the meat and boil over very low heat about 50 minutes.
