Meatballs apples and pumpkin

Ingredients
600 g pumpkin
250 ml milk
200 g semolina
200 g apples
2 eggs
salt
150 g sugar
25 g breadcrumbs
120 ml sunflower oil
20 g butter
Method
Skinned and seminal part pumpkin grate in large pieces. Mix peeled and grated apples. Pour in the milk and boil for 10 minutes, stirring with a wooden spoon until a thick porridge. Add egg, salt, sugar, and semolina. The mixture was stirred well. Formed into balls that are rolled in breadcrumbs and fry until browned on both sides. Before serving, sprinkle with melted butter. Optional add a little cinnamon.
