Meatballs with cream cheese

Ingredients
125 g cream cheese
600 g minced meat
100 g beetroot
1 onion
100 g mushrooms
20 g butter
parsley
salt
Method
In melted butter sauté cleaned and chopped onions, mushrooms and beets. Remove from heat and add the chopped parsley and a little salt. Allow to cool and to the already cold mixture was added the feta cheese. It is well kneaded and shaped meatballs. The chopped meat is kneaded very well with a little salt. Divide into equal portions and each spread a thin rectangle slightly longer than the prepared meatballs. In each rectangle is screwed on a meatball, flatten out to give a rectangular shape, and baking of BBQ.
