Meatballs herring in Flemish

Ingredients
500 g fresh herring
100 g of white bread
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp paste sardines
1 egg
1 tbsp capers
pepper
salt
breadcrumbs
fat frying
Method
The clean, boneless herring are ground together with the onion and garlic and mixed well with the soaked and squeezed white bread, pasta of sardines, egg and chopped capers, salt and pepper. Formed into small balls, rolled in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides.
