Meatballs stuffed with feta cheese and tomatoes

Ingredients
450-500 g minced meat
50 g breadcrumbs
1 egg
salt, pepper, nutmeg
30 g wheat starch
sunflower oil for frying
100 g feta cheese ( sheep or optional feta)
1 tomato
parsley

Method
Minced meat is prepared by mixing the egg, salt, spices, breadcrumbs. Tomato is cut, remove the liquid and seeds, cut into small pieces. Parsley also. The feta cheese was shredded with a fork. Last three products are mixed and rolled balls as yolk of egg. These balls rolled in minced meat, hands melt in water, not sticky. Obtained meatballs with a spherical shape and size as a handful of not larger. Prior to fry in a pan with enough oil meatballs Oval nice in wheat starch. Very good fit with mushroom sauce Hunter .
