Meatballs with yogurt sauce

Ingredients
1 kg minced meat
1 onion
2 eggs
pepper
savory
1 lemon
500 g yogurt
1 cup Water
flour for rolling
1/3 cup flour sauce
sunflower oil for frying
parsley
garlic optional

Method
From minced meat, eggs, chopped onion, grated rind of lemon, pepper, savory and salt is kneaded mince, which form meatballs. Rolled to thinner, rolled in flour and fry. Separately in 3-4 tbsp sunflower oil is hot add the yogurt, water, lemon juice and flour, optional and a few cloves of crushed garlic. Sauce stir and boil after it put fried meatballs. Boil for 10 minutes. The finished dish is sprinkled with chopped parsley.
