Milk chocolate jelly with cream

Ingredients
1 kg yogurt
1 cup sugar
1 lemon
3 tsp gelatine
3 peaches (can of stewed)
raisins
# For the chocolate sauce:
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp flour
1 cup lukewarm water or milk
Method
Yogurt, sugar and lemon juice are broken well and warm slightly on fire. Separately, dissolve the gelatin in 1/2 cup water and also heated on the hot plate until clear (no boil), and then poured into milk mixture under continuous stirring (preferably have the same temperature). Finally, add the peaches, cut into small cubes. Mix well and pour into small bowls or cups, pre-wetted. Leave in a refrigerator to gelatinize. Before presenting the bowls are dipped quickly in hot water, the walls are released with a knife, jelly turned in plates and pour the chocolate sauce. The sauce is prepared as sugar mix well with cocoa and flour. Added with stirring cold water or milk and put on the stove to boil. Remove from heat and cool.
