Minced meat sausage in Elena

Ingredients
1 kg streaky from shoulder
20 g salt
1 tsp savory
1 tsp pepper
1 slice leek
1 dry chili pepper
pork intestine sausage filling
Method
Cut small pieces of meat, pepper, salt, savory and dry chili pepper placed in a suitable container and mix well. Cut the leek into small pieces and also added in court. Pig intestines are cleaned by washing well with salt and lukewarm water, tied tight at one end and filled with stuffing. Finished sausages are tied, twisted to the desired size and dried.
