Moussaka Fish

Ingredients
1 kg of fish
1 onion
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
1/4 head celery
5 carrots
5 potatoes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 cup milk
2 tbsp parsley
Method
The washed and cleaned fish is placed in boiling salted water for 5-10 minutes. During this time, stew the finely chopped onion in the oil. Add the diced carrots, celery and potatoes and sauté some more. Season with pepper and salt. The cooked fish is boned and mixed with vegetables. Pour into the baking dish and pour the milk. Bake in preheated oven at 200 C. Sprinkle with parsley just before it is removed from the oven.
