Moussaka with grated vegetables

Ingredients
500 g minced meat
3 very small or 1 large zucchini
2-3 carrots
4-5 mushrooms
2 tomatoes (maybe canned)
5-6 cherry tomatoes (of your choice )
3-4 tbsp cooking cream
1 cube vegetable broth
savory, thyme, oregano, dill
pepper, paprika, salt
200 g yogurt
2 eggs

Method
Carrots and grate the courgettes, mushrooms Cut into cubes. In a little oil fry the carrots, courgettes and mushrooms rear. Place a savory, thyme, oregano, dill, bouillon cube is crushed and sprinkled on vegetables. As soften, add minced meat. When the mince is almost ready add grated or chopped tomatoes. Add salt and pepper if necessary (be careful with the salt of the cube broth). Finally, add the cream, mix well and pour into the baking pan. Prepare topping of yogurt, eggs and grated cheese and pour. Top you can sprinkle with pepper and paprika for decoration. Put in the oven and bake until ready to topping.
