Ingredients
250 ml brandy
1 tbsp sugar

Method
Normal: In pot or casserole dish, put brandy and sugar, heated until the mixture boil, remove from heat and was capped . Serve hot in small cups. with caramelized: In pot or casserole dish, put the sugar and caramelized. Add the brandy and allow to boil. Remove from heat and quickly replace the lid. Serve hot in small cups.
