Parsley finely chopped onion stew with fat in a Teflon vessel . Sprinkle with red pepper and add chopped tomatoes and green peppers. Then put the washed and cut into thin julienne mushrooms, add salt and vegetable sauté until tender. The dish is seasoned with black pepper and chopped parsley.
