New Year baklava

500 g flour
2 eggs
200 g butter
550 g sugar
300 g walnuts
pinch of salt
1 tsp (5 g) cinnamon
3-4 cloves
1 tsp (5 g) soda
In a pan pour the flour and doing well. Breaks one of the eggs and add the melted butter, 50 ml water, baking soda, 3 tbsp sugar and salt. The dough is kneaded and divided into 2 balls. One put on greased baking dish and spread of about 1 cm thick. Chopped walnuts to add the second egg, 2-3 tbsp sugar, cinnamon and chopped cloves. Mix and spread over the dough. Remaining dough is put on paper, gives his size and shape as the tray and gently invert onto the walnut mixture. Top is lightly pressed by hand. Baklava is cut into diamonds or squares and baking. Completely cooled, pour the hot syrup prepared from the rest (about 500 g) sugar and 1 1/2 cups (300 ml) of water. Cover immediately with a cloth.
