Nikulden carp
Ingredients
1 (2 kg) carp
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
1/4 cup (50 g) rice
5-6 heads (300 g) onion
1 tbsp (10 g) red pepper
salt

Method
Finely chopped onion fry in fat until golden in color. Add rice and also lightly fry, then stir in the red pepper and salt to taste, pour hot water and pour into pan. In the middle of the mixture is placed previously cleaned, washed and salted carp. Bake in a not very hot oven.

Super is. I added a 1 cup ground walnuts and mushrooms 100 g.

With plenty wholesale chopped walnuts became nistina super! Bravo!
