Oil cookies (Biscotti Burrosi)

Ingredients
150 g butter
100 g sugar
260 g flour
egg 1
10 g baking powder
1 vanilla
pinch of salt

Method
Soft Cut the butter into small pieces (to break more easily) and beat with a mixer. Combine the whipped butter sugar and mix to a foam, treated with egg and vanilla. In another bowl mix flour and baking powder. Add the two mixtures and shape dough into a ball. Leave in the fridge to harden for 1 hour. Roll out the dough (1 cm) on a floured surface. Cut pieces and bake in preheated oven at 160C degrees in tray with baking paper until ready.
