Omelet mishmash

Ingredients
2 potatoes
1 carrot
6-7 florets of cauliflower
6-7 broccoli florets
2 eggs
100 g of milk
2 cloves garlic
savory, salt
olive oil

Method
All free garlic cut into roughly equally thin pieces (the form does not matter) and put to boil. Once everything is cooked drained of water and leave for a while to cool. In a large bowl beat eggs with milk, salt and spices (to taste) sent down cooked products in the eggs, add the chopped garlic and mix well. In a Teflon pan put a little olive oil as you do not stick, and pour the mixture into the pan, spread the good products with a fork to holes then omelet. Once thickened enough to be able to pay using a plate or flat lid turn to baking and the other end, which becomes much more quickly about 2-3 minutes. * Products in the recipe are approximate, may also be added a little spinach.
