Omelette with cherry and cinnamon

Ingredients
8 eggs
80 g butter
400 g cherries
120 g flour
6 tbsp milk
cinnamon
Method
Wash the cherries, drying them, clean them from the stems and pits. Beat eggs with milk and flour. Add clean cherries and stir the mixture. Heating up the butter and it consistently Fry 1/4 of the egg mixture. Fry the mixture on both sides. Subtract them in warmed bowls. Serve them hot, sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon.
