Ingredients
1.2 kg chicken
5 potatoes
1 bunch fresh garlic
1 bunch parsley
1 bay leaf
5 g black pepper
3-4 Allspice
1 cup white wine
1/2 cup hot water
salt
100 g cheese

Method
Chicken cut into portions, add salt, add some flour and fry until golden in 4 tbsp butter. Add chopped garlic, parsley, bay leaf, peppercorns and allspice. Pour the wine and water. Potatoes are cut into long strips and add. Cover and stew until ready chick. The dish pour into a baking dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven.
