Pancakes in Mexican

Ingredients
1 cup (200 ml) milk
2 eggs
pinch of salt
150 g flour
frying fat
# For the filling:
200 g minced meat pork
3 onions
30 g pork lard
1 chili pepper
1 pickle
1 tsp tomato paste
pepper
# TOPPING:
1 cup drained yogurt
1 egg
50 g feta cheese
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
Method
From milk, eggs, pinch of salt and flour to make dough. Spread the bottom of the pan with oil and heat strongly. Pour 1 ladle of dough. The pancakes are fried until browned, turn and fry the other side. Chopped onion fry in the lard, add the meat and fry for ten minutes, then add chopped hot pepper and pickle, tomato paste, salt and pepper to taste. The recipe is very interesting and once cooked tastes great.

recipe, like remove the covering medium is typically Russian. Can be made with cottage cheese, seasoned appropriately in browning watered with melted butter.
