Pancakes Mom

Ingredients
600 ml milk (water)
360 g flour
1 eggs
20 g yeast
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
butter
Method
Yeast dissolved in a little water (milk). Beat eggs, thereto was gradually added water, and finally broken yeast flour. The mixture should be like gastichka boza. Turn at MECA (cloth) and leave to rise until doubled in volume. Was then added and the oil and stirred by hand. Heat nice hot plate, brush smeared with butter and then with a small ladle is taken from the mixture, pour on saci circles and spread evenly over the entire heated area. When the mixture visibly poizsahne top and become porosity, pancakes turns. After baking and the other side is removed and the top side is coated with butter. Serve with jam, chocolate, feta cheese.
