Panzerotti - fried pizza calzone (Panzarotti)

Ingredients
500 g pizza dough
4 tbsp thick tomato sauce, mashed
150 g ham
150 g cheese
5-6 mushrooms
10 olives pitted
1 tbsp sunflower oil or olive oil
oregano
Method
Roll out the dough into a thin layer - 0.5 cm and cut into circles with a diameter of 10-15 cm. Other products are finely and mix with tomato sauce. Season oregano and the oil. In the middle of each circle put 1 tbsp and folded crescent. The ends are pressed well with your fingers and then with a fork. Leave to rise for 15-20 minutes and fry in more sunflower oil. By subtracting allowed to drain.
