Paprika for each table

Ingredients
5 kg red tomatoes
5 kg green peppers
500 g carrots
1 bunch parsley
salt

Method
The tomatoes are peeled and coarsely chopped. To these are added in pieces raw peppers, carrots - slices and parsley - chopped. Mixture and add salt to taste good is confused. Packed in jars, it can be put in 1-2 goals tomatoes. The jars are closed and boil 25 minutes. Paprikashat can be consumed not only by adding in the dish, but also as a salad or appetizer. Then to it is cut onions, optional - garlic and seasoned with sunflower oil.
