Ingredients
500 ml milk
1 tbsp starch
100 g sugar
2 eggs
vanilla 1
2 tbsp cream

Method
Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Starch is diluted well in 2 tbsp cold water. In a saucepan heat 3 cups water, reduce the heat and pour a trickle of water in a small fuzzy starch. Boil 2 minutes, pour the warm milk and beat-yolks with the sugar. Stir constantly until mixture thickens well. Remove container from fire. The cream is mixed until cool. To shattered cream are added carefully shattered solid whites, flavored with vanilla and mix with the starch cream. Parfait pour in a suitable form and place for 4 hours in refrigerator to harden well.
