Ingredients
1 liter milk
2 cup sugar
4 eggs
3 tbsp flour
2 tbsp water
3 tbsp gelatin
3 tbsp cocoa
2 vanilla

Method
Gets cooked 1 liter milk 1 cup sugar. Separately broken 4 yolks 3 tbsp flour and 2 tbsp water. Add to the boiling milk and cook for 5 minutes. Pre-soak 3 tbsp gelatin in 1/2 cup water for about 10 minutes to form a slurry and added to the milk, boiled for 1-2 minutes. The four egg whites are broken down with 1 cup sugar snow added to the mixture taken from the fire, stir well and add vanilla. The mixture was divided into 3 equal parts, one of which was stained with chocolate. In thoroughly greased pan with sunflower oil sent down the white part and the top row is piecing biscuits dipped in milk, then brown mixture, again order biscuits and finally white. Leave in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
