Pashteli fish cod

Ingredients
500 g cooked and cod (maybe canned tuna)
300 g cooked and mashed potatoes
300 ml milk
4 eggs
parsley, salt, black pepper

Method
Prepare nadrebnenata mixture of fish, potatoes, 4 egg yolks, milk and black pepper and salt. Mix well until a homogeneous mass. Add the beaten egg whites and nadrebnen parsley. With two spoons to form a paste and fry in hot sunflower oil until gilding. When removed from the oil put on paper to absorb excess fat.
