Ingredients
250 g cream cheese
125 g butter
1 small head of garlic
2 tbsp sunflower oil
pinch of salt
pinch of basil
pepper

Method
The feta cheese and the butter warm enough to soften, then beat with a mixer. Add crushed garlic, the oil, salt, basil and stir until a smooth mixture. Optional can be added and pepper. Allow to cool and serve.
