Paste mushrooms nutmeg

Ingredients
225 g of fresh mushrooms
75 g butter
2 onions
1 clove garlic
25 g fresh bread crumbs
100 g smoked feta cheese
grated nutmeg
parsley
pepper
pepper
salt
Method
Finely chopped onion and chopped garlic fry 3 minutes 25 g butter. Add chopped mushrooms, cover with a lid and sauté 15 minutes. Then the lid is removed and the fire increases to evaporate the liquid. They must remain juicy. An additional 25 g butter, and the mixture cooled slightly. To stewed mushrooms and onions add bread crumbs, grated feta cheese, remaining butter, a pinch of nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste. The mixture is stirred well, put it in a small bowl, cover with foil and leave in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Just before serving of pate form pellets or sticks. Half of them rolled in paprika and the rest - in the chopped parsley. Mushroom pate can be used for making sandwiches or to form a pile and be served with toasted bread slices.
