Peppers stuffed with rice and meat

Ingredients
4 peppers
250 g rice
1 onion
30 g raisins
4 tbsp (40 ml) olive oil
2 tbsp (20 g) tomato paste
1 clove garlic
120 g beef
pepper
salt
Method
Peppers are cleaned and rinsed well, filled with a mixture of steamed rice, chopped onion and braised meat, raisins, chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Placed in a fireproof container, pour sunflower oil and tomato puree mixed into a little water and bake under a blanket in low oven for about 30 minutes.
