Pie Banofi - II type

Ingredients
4 eggs
300 g sugar
250 g flour
3 large bananas
225 g sunflower oil
7 g baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
700 ml whipped cream
# For caramel:
200 ml cream
150 g butter
300 g sugar
# For decoration:
bananas
caramel
grated chocolate

Method
Brush with sunflower oil pie pan and arrange on bottom and half a banana, sliced. The other half banana and creases of mashed and mixed with eggs, sugar, flour and baking powder with the oil. The mixture was stirred with a mixer and poured onto the bananas. Pie bake at 190C about 25 minutes. For milk caramel pour some sugar in a hot pan on the stove and if melted, pour all the sugar is caramelized to. Sugar not to be confused with a spoon or spatula, just shake the pan. Warm the cream and pour into the pan with caramelised sugar. Pot must be large enough for the mixing of the two products started gurgling. Stir until the mixture is completely smooth.
