Pita blue cheese and onion

Ingredients
220 g readymade dough
1 tbsp butter
3 onions
2 cloves garlic
3 eggs
100 g blue cheese
1 cup milk
12 tbsp cream salt
pepper
2 tbsp cumin
Method
The oven is heated to 190 C. The dough is spread out in floured pan with a diameter of about 23 cm. Pricked with a fork and bake 10 minutes. Slow fire the butter is melted in a pan. Add the chopped onion and crushed garlic. Fry for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Pour into the pan over the dough. Eggs broken in a separate container. Add the feta cheese, milk, cream, cumin and pepper to taste. Pour the mixture over the onions. Bake about 30 minutes until the crust of the loaf get golden and the filling thickens.
